I’ve used Hy-Vee for grocery delivery a few times, especially on those hectic weeks when I barely have time to think about dinner. I remember feeling relieved the first time I got everything dropped off without having to drag myself to the store. But then at checkout, the total always seems to climb more than I expect. The online prices already feel a little higher, and once the delivery fees and extra charges show up, it kind of takes away from the convenience. It’s still helpful when life is busy, I just wish the final cost didn’t jump so much.

The produce was super fresh, and I really appreciated the quality. That said, considering the overall experience, I do think some kind of compensation or credit would be fair.

I use the hy-vee app all the time, and it’s been really dependable for me. It’s easy to find what I need, checkout is smooth, and the pickup times are always clear. it makes grocery shopping feel a lot less stressful, and I feel confident using it every time. No big complaints from me.

There are usually plenty of spots close to the entrance, even after work when it’s, like, a little busier. The pickup parking is easy to spot too, so I’m not driving around confused trying to figure out where to go.

I don’t remember half of what I ordered from hy-vee, but I do remember nothing was crushed, which is the main thing. The cold stuff was all together, the bread somehow made it home safely on top, and the bags weren’t stuffed like bricks. It’s a small detail, but it makes pickup feel a lot less irritating...

I got most of my order, so that part was okay, but a couple of the items were wrong. Not the end of the world or anything, and most of the stuff was fine, but still kind of annoying when you’re expecting one thing and get something else.

Grabbed some prepared food after work it hit the spot. Everything tasted fresh, and it was still nice and warm when I got home. Happy with it!

I ordered groceries from Hy-Vee, and the delivery showed up just when they said it would. I thought it might be late since it was around dinner time, but nope, the driver got there on time and everything was still cold. It was just super easy and saved me a trip. I’ll definitely use it again.

I usually have good luck with the bakery here, the bread and pastries are fresh more often than not. The deli is a different story though. Some days the meats and sides are really good, and other days it feels like it only works when it wants to. For the price, I wish it was a little more consistent.

I’ll think I know where something is and then, actually, no, I end up walking back across the store for one or two basic items. It’s not a huge deal, but clearer signs would definitely help.

Got my groceries way faster than I expected. if you’re in a rush or just don’t feel like going to the store, it’s really convenient. I’d definitely use it again when I’m short on time.

I had a question about a new medication, and the pharmacist took the time to explain it to me without making me feel rushed at all.

I’ve used Hy-Vee’s digital coupons a few times now, and they’ve worked every time. The discounts showed up at checkout like they were supposed to, and I haven’t run into any weird fine-print nonsense. I usually don’t trust the overly polished promo emails companies send, but so far theirs have been accurate

I shop at Hy-Vee regularly, and this location is usually clean. The floors were picked up, the bathrooms were decent, and the carts didn’t have that gross sticky feel you run into at some stores.

I’m giving it 4 stars because a few shelves in the produce area looked a little messy. Maybe they had just gotten slammed before I came in, but either way it wasn’t a huge deal, just something I noticed.
